Abyssinia Export Abattoir is the major producer and exporter of meat and meat by products in Ethiopia mainly chilled mutton, goat, veal,and beef meat products mainly to UAE and Saudi Arabia. We produce high quality items and all our slaughtered livestock are 100% organicfattened, the slaughter house location is just only 47 KM away from the capital Addis Ababa in Bishoftu town in 2.5 hectors of land. All facilities are meticulously and professionally established following proper hazard analysis with slaughtering capacity of 3000 shoat per day and 300 heads of cattle per day critical control points (HACCP) and certified with ISO 22000:2005 food safety certificates.
