Jigjiga Export Slaughter House (JESH) PLC is newly established export abattoir at Faafan Village near Jigjiga, Ethiopian Somali Regional State, and Eastern Ethiopia. The company has been certified with ISO 22000: 2005 food safety systems. The production capacity of the company ranges up to 3000 sheep/goat or 150 cattle per day. The company currently exports chilled meat to U.A.E, Yemen and Oman, Bahrain.
